Welcome to Honeylink! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Honeylink. Honeylink operates this shop and this website, including all associated information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with an individual shopping experience (the "Services").
The terms and conditions set out below, together with the policies referred to herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and obligations when you use the Services.

All product descriptions may be changed at any time and without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to withdraw products from the range at any time and to limit, case by case, the quantities of the products we offer to any person, in any geographic region or within any jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
By placing an order you submit an offer to purchase. Honeylink Shop reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its own discretion and for any reason. Your order is only deemed accepted once it has been confirmed by Honeylink Shop. Acceptance of your order is conditional on the receipt and processing of your payment. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as Honeylink Shop may not be able to act on cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, if we change or if we cancel an order, we will attempt to inform you using the email address, billing address and/or telephone number given with the order.
Returns and exchanges of your purchases are handled exclusively in accordance with our right of withdrawal.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and special offers may change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time of the order and is stated in the order confirmation you receive by email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices shown do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
The prices shown in our online shops may differ from prices in physical stores or in online shops or other shops operated by third parties. From time to time we may offer promotions for the Services which can affect pricing and which are subject to terms other than these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the terms of the promotion prevail.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made in our shops. You agree to update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiry dates, without delay, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you where necessary.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is truthful, accurate and complete, (ii) you are authorised to use that credit card for the purchase, (iii) the charges you incur will be honoured by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay the charges you incur at the prices stated, including shipping and handling fees and all applicable taxes.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance or events beyond our control. Once we have handed the products to the carrier, title and the risk of loss pass to you.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all brands, trademarks, texts, illustrations, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio files, together with their design, selection and arrangement, are the property of Honeylink Shop, its affiliates or its licensors and are protected by German and foreign patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms of Service permit you to use the material in the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Honeylink Shop and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers against any loss, damage, liability or claim payable to third parties, including reasonable legal fees, arising from (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or of the documents they refer to, (2) your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to notify you promptly does not release you from your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced as a result. We may control the defence and settlement of any such claim at your expense, including the choice of legal counsel, but will not settle any claim that imposes non-monetary obligations on you without your consent (which may not be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defence of indemnity claims, including by providing relevant documents.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision nevertheless remains effective to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part is deemed severed from these Terms of Service. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions is unaffected by such a finding.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules published by us on this website or in relation to the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including but not limited to earlier versions of the Terms of Service).
